Search Gmail
Narrow the list with Gmail's own search. Combine as you like:

Press Save
Open the Mailora side panel and press Save attachments. It opens each email once and clicks Gmail's own Download button for every file.

A clean progress screen covers Gmail while it works. Keep the window on screen; it pauses if hidden and carries on when you're back.

Questions
Does it work with a work or school Google account?
Yes, as long as the account opens in Gmail on the web (mail.google.com). Your company can see downloads the way it sees any download you make.
How many emails can it handle?
The free plan saves up to 30 emails per run; run it again for the next batch. Pro has no limit and moves through page after page of results on its own.
Why does the Gmail window need to stay on screen?
Browsers slow down pages that are hidden or minimised. Mailora pauses instead of failing, and carries on as soon as the window is visible again.
What about attachments shared as Google Drive links?
Those aren't attached files, so there is nothing to download from the email itself. Everything attached to the email is saved.
Can I choose the file names and folders?
Yes, on every plan. By default files go to Downloads/Gmail Attachments/2026-09/ with names like 2026-09-24_Sender_file.pdf; you can set your own folder and name pattern using the date, sender, subject and more.
