How do I activate Pro?

After buying you get a licence key by email. Open the Mailora side panel, choose I have a key, and paste it.

Does Pro cover both Gmail and Outlook?

No. Each extension has its own Pro subscription: buy Pro for Gmail for the Gmail extension and Pro for Outlook for the Outlook one. If you use both mailboxes, you'll need both. A key bought for one won't activate in the other.

What happens if I cancel?

Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then Mailora goes back to the free plan: every feature, up to 30 emails per run. Nothing is deleted.

Can I use the free plan for as long as I like?

Yes. The free plan isn't a trial: every feature keeps working, with the 30-emails-per-run limit. For a bigger job, run it again for the next batch.
